The Strategy: Educate First, Then Reveal

Viewers are skeptical of shapewear — they've seen too many exaggerated ads. Direction: creators educate on specific product details (steel bones, anti-skid lining, butt-lifting construction) to build trust BEFORE the transformation reveal.

Key Insight

Analysis of 100+ creatives revealed that organic educational content drove 3X higher CTR than ad-style posts. This led me to pivot the entire creative strategy toward education-first angles, significantly improving campaign efficiency and conversion.
